Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
Can I successfully sue a storage company for damages to furniture and clothes kept in their units? We signed an agreement where the owner disclaimed any responsibility for damage even due ti his negligence. Four months later we found that there had been a roof leak direcly over our unit, damaging mattresses and furniture. Additionally, there was rodent infestation with associated signs of food, droppings, urine stains, etc.

You could always try it in small claims court on your own, otherwise I would have to review the contract and research the issue.
