Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut
Used vehicle purchase
I purchased a used vehicle (2007 BMW 328xi) on 5/23. I have a promissory balance due 6/26. I now notice it does not have an active alarm system. Should an alarm be standard on this vehicle? Is it mine or the Dealer responsibility to have the alarm installed? Can I return the vehicle even though I've signed a contract?
note: I did not finance through the dealership.

I'm not an expert on BMW's standard equipment.
You bought the vehicle. You didn't pay attention to what was included in the vehicle?
