Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut

arbitration

Requested proof that my CC contract requires I submit to arbitration in writing ~6 weeks ago (8 year old CC). Collection company sent me a notice of arbitration. Can they do that without first proving I have to submit?

If you read your credit card contract it should say that you agree to arbitration.
