Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut
arbitration settlement
Collection agency refused to take our 50% settlement offer to CC company. Demanding 65% or face arbitration.
Can they refuse to take a reasonable offer of settlement to CC company?
Will an arbitration settlement likely be 65% or less?

There is no way to determine what an arbitration settlement would be.
