decision against elderly, low-income veteran
Can an old/bad debt or something in collections against a 78-yr-old female veteran living on approx. $750/month in social security & VA Benefits combined be attached to her checks? No one in her family can afford to pay the debts, and her rent alne each month is $675. Should she file for bankruptcy?
