Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut
I am on disability was working part time , bought a car (junk) lasted 4 payments , broke down couldn't afford to fix ended up losing my job and did a volunteer repo now have to pay storage fees until it goes up on auction, Don't know what to do , Broke

You can 1) File a chapter 7 bankruptcy to wipe out all debt, or 2)Abandon the vehicle and let them put you in collections. or 3) Tell the repo people that you no longer own the vehicle and to bill the financier (Although that will likely not work). Who did you purchase from? Did you have any warranties at all? Do you have any other recourse as a result?
