Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut

I have no income. A law firm for Discover card is asking the court for a summary judgement for the debt. What can I do?

If you owe the money, then you owe the money. It doesn't matter whether you have income. Discover card can get a judgment for the amount you owe.
