Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut
Judgement - I currently own a condo and owe common charges for my condo fees. An attorney sent me paperwork and is proceeding with a judgement and possible foreclosure for the amount that I owe (which I can pay) and additional fees totally more than I actually owe.I need some assistance with how I can handle this either with the court or the attorney.

You should call the attorney and tell him you are willing to pay in full. (plus fees/charges) He/she should drop the proceeding once its paid.
