late fees

i have been paying my bills but didnt check what i was paying for then i looked back and saw that they were charging me for not paying them when i was suposed to and the bank statments says that they withdrew the money from the bank and it maches what i have in my check book. what should i do?

It sounds like you may have a claim under the FDCPA. We would need more details from you to give a more accurate analysis. If there is a violation you could recover money ($1,000.00 fine for violation + attorney's fees) Generaly our firm does not charge for this type of claim.
