Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut
Register TN judgment in CT for collection
I am an attorney at law in Tennessee in the process of obtaining a judgment against two CT residents for business fraud. Approximately $7,000 is owed to the client, and the judgment seeks 1/3 of the total or approximately $3,000 to pay a CT attorney to register the judgment in CT and execute on it under the Full Faith and Credit Act.
If you are a CT-licensed attorney and are familiar with registering judgments from out-of-state in CT, then please write back if you are interested in this case. No attorney fees will be paid up front; the CT attorney will get paid upon succesful execution of the judgment. If you don't like contingent fee work, this is not the case for you. However, if you are reasonably confident in your ability as a litigator, then this is a comparatively easy case to earn a fee--- you don't have to argue the merits, just apply the Full Faith and Credit Act.
The two defendants are located in Watertown and Bridgewater, respectively.

This is the type of work that we handle. Please call me at 203-254-4461 x 112, or email directly at [email protected] to discuss. We only request a cost advance of $350.00, otherwise contingency OK.
