Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut

My son stole my credit card and went with his friends to buy things at stores. He told them he can get them anything they want and he swiped the card and signed every receipt. Are any of his friends legally liable?

I'm not so sure you are legally liable. Nevertheless, if they knew about it and conspired then possibly. You should ask this question in the criminal forum of this website.
