stopping child support

me and the mother of my daughter are looking to stop the child support for me. We are also looking on closeing the case on me as well but finding a person to help with this is harder then ever. We just want to to now if ther is a way to walk into court and pay a % of the back child support were we can move on in life. We want the best for our daughter and its becoming harder to do it. We have talked about things that we need for our daughter but to get them come true we dont know how
