Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
6th Degree Larceny
I have a court date set. I was charged with 6th degree larceny for stealing a $18 T-shirt. I am an 18 year old college freshman. I've never been arrested. What kind of sentence am I looking at here?

For one count of Larceny 6th degree in CT, the maximum sentence is 3 months in jail.
However, there are pretrial programs which may avoid you having to plead guilty. Please feel free to contact me if you would like a consultaion.
