Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
accelerated rehab
I was charged with 53a-49/21a-279(a), criminal attempt poss of narcotics. it was an attempt to purchase narcotics and I was caught before the transaction went down. My question is, do I have a chance to use accelerated rehab. I have no prior record.

You should look at the CT statute that authorizes accelerated rehabilition. There are certain conditions and prequisites before you can apply for it.
