Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

What actions can I take

I live in a 3 family house, the down stairs people have a daughter that is 14. She stalks my daughter at her bus stop. My daughter is 10 and in elementry school. She asulted my wife tonight and pushed her, my wife tried to tell the guardian that watches over the 14 year old child but she turned a blind eye. We will be moving in roughly a month, is there anything we can do to keep her away legaly from my family for the next 30-40 days. As an added bonus the lanlords are no help due to being the childs grandparents. She told my wife that she lies and my daughter lies about what has gone on. Is there some type of restraining order I can get to keep this child away from my family.

Re: What actions can I take

Call the local police an file a complaint.

You may also be able to get a restraining order from the police. They should have the paperwork that you need to fill out.

There is no need to call me if the police help, but here is my telephone number should you need to retain me for anything in the future: 860-527-6500

Good luck
