Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
Hello my name is Amanda my mother Holly is on a ventilator in an ICU she has medical insurance. My question is My Step Father and his sister made a gofundme page to collect money claiming its for my mothers medical bills only to use it for personal gain. Do I have a case for Fraud? How do i protect my mother

It seems that the donors are the ones being defrauded, not your mother or you. I don't think you have standing to bring a case. but the donors might.
