Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

Arrest Warrant Larceny 2nd degree

I just found out there is an arrest warrant out for me in CT. I would like to discuss my case with an attorney. I am interested in what I can expect to pay for an attorney and if anyone has any general suggestions for me. I live out of state now and wonder if there is a way to respond to this without having to take time off work and fly back to CT. Thanks!

Please call me (860.236.9350) to discuss your situation. I would need to know your name, date of birth, the police department which issued the warrant, and when the larceny allegedly occurred.

Larceny 2nd is a Class C felony, minimum 1 year, maximum 10 year jail sentence, $10,000 maximum fine.

This is a serious offense and you probably would have to travel to Conn to resolve it.
