Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

Charged with Possession of Narcotics and failure to appear first degree,

Have clean record - nothing on it

was offered 3 years probation and the felonys stay on my record

is it worth fighting to get felonys dropped to misdemeanor - would do the three years probation.

If you have a clean record, I do not think this is a good deal. Depending on how old you are I would burn your AR (that is take advantage of the Accelerated Rehabilitation Program) to keep this off your record and dispose of this matter.
