child molestation
I was molested 20 years ago by my adopted brother is there anything i can do now,, and if so what will happen,, meaning would i have to testify or anything will this go to trial. and what if he has done it to someone else recently.

Statute of limitations is five years from date of offense. 54-193A. I am sorry but you will not be able to go after your adopted brother criminaly. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or concerns.
