Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
How to get concurrent terms in both Ct and Az
My son is currently in Ct custody after turning himself in for violation of probation. He is a heroin addict and was unable to finish drug treatment programs per terms of release. He is also wanted in Arizona for the same thing. Is there a way to get his time served concurrently, or if not, to force Arizona to come get him sooner. He is being kept in a level 4 faculity only because of the charge in Az. He is a non-violent offender. Thankyou.

Re: How to get concurrent terms in both Ct and Az
Since he's presently in CT, I think you need comment from an AZ attorney on getting these to run concurrently.
