Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

i stole a pair of uggs from the school under the influence of a male trying to make money he said he would tell the whole school about one of my very personal secrets so under pressure i did it i stole the boots from the girls locker room with out breaking in the gym or her locker her boots wer placed near the door and i had permission to go in to change but instead i took her boots i ccant prove the existance of the guy annymore i could at the time i was convicted because i asked the principle if i could go to the place were i am suppost to give him the boots and if a securtity guy came with me then they could catch the guy but the principle denied and i was suspened and later i was arrested for it and now im being trialed what can i do ? is it possible to me to only get a warning since its my first offense, i've never gotten a detention etc in school either what can i do to prove myself innocent my age is 16
