Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
criminal law
My former business partner was arrested for sex against minors. I am uninvolved; however police have raided my home, caused me physical damage (ripped out catheter) threatened to kill me, denied me attorney, will not provide inventory of siezed property. What rights do I have left? How long after siezing property do they have before pressing charges?

Under the constitution, you always have rights. The police may charge you within a reasonable time after seizing the evidence. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
