Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
deals with prosecutors
Once someone accepts a deal from the prosecutor but decides later that they want to take it to trial due to new and applicable evidence, is that possible? And if so, what do you need to do to apply for that motion?

It depends on what you mean by accept a deal. Did you enter a plea on the record with the court? This will determine the course of action you have to take. You can email me at [email protected] for further help.
