Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
domestic violence
my baby father n i got into a fight the police got involved I didnt press charges but the police did. I was wondering if there is anything i can do to help him n if he does get convicted how much time can he serve?

simply do not sign anything the DA gives you later on, and do not go to court if asked... the case will eventually be dismissed against him if you do not participate.
