double booking
hello i was in a ght with my sister on friday and she called the police, we were both arrested and hit with domestic desterance, and asult 3 then relesed. i was waiting for my ride to come pick me up and was told i had to come back in to be booked in another charge and had to be prossessed again. is this leagle can they do that and have it stick.?
