How can i find out if a 1967 offense for possesion of marijana is still on the books?

Criminal records are not periodically reviewed and the old convictions erased. What happened in 1967
is still on record. If you want to have it expunged

Did you (or your attorney) file for expungement? Unless you actively remove a record throught he expungement process, odds are it stays no matter how old.
