Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
Whole family arrested for sons drugs.
Our house was raided with search warrant with my son's name
specified, looking for drugs. They found drugs that he hid in the basement. He was not home at the time so they charged my wife, younger son and myself with possesion with intent to sell.we had no idea the drugs were there.
we have been going to court for a year now and the states attorney is coming down on us hard.
dont they take the facts of the case in mind for justice or do they just want to convict us to look like they are doing their job? even the police know it was my sons drugs.
do they have a case?

Re: Whole family arrested for sons drugs.
I can't give you an answer without knowing the whole factual information, but, if you have been in court for a year or more, you must have had an attorney. If so, speak to the attorney. If not, get to an attorney ASAP. Thomas F. Noonan
