What do I need to do to get a felony expunged from my record?

Felony convictions are not expungable in the Commonwealth unless you can prove that you were wrongfully convicted and have received a pardon from the governor. (Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
Connecticut rules, however, might be different.
