Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
Juvenile Recors
If a person was arrested at age 17, went to court and the case was ''thrown out'' would that person need to inform an employer of the incident or arrest such as, when applying for a job, when older?

Re: Juvenile Recors
"Thrown out" can mean a number of things, but under the circumstances you describe, that person would not have to provide any information relative to the incident to an employer or anyone else.
