Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
Larceny 6th
My daughter is 18. She got caught taking money from work (Old Navy). She admitted to taking the money and was arrested for the larceny 6th. She was called into an office with a Manager and someone on a phone for 2 hours. She was not shown any evidence of her taking the money (she took $20.00 bills and hide them around the store)Should we get a lawyer?

YES! she could be facing some strict punishment as well as the potential to have charges on her record that ould damage her future... i would suggest speaking to an attorney ASAP.
