Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
Do i need a lawyer now?
charged with possesion of marijauna under 4 oz and a vehicle light out. talked to the prosecutor and i agreed to a fine, classes and community service. i'm to go back in one week. what will happen then and do i need a lawyer for that day?
thank you. (first offense, i'm 18 and a senior in high school, i live at home)

If it is your first offense, then you may be eligible for a program. This would avoid a criminal record. As of now, if you plead you will have a criminal record. This can and should be avoided. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
