Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
Mandatory minimums
Hi. My question is... If a person is convicted of attempted Larceny 2, are the sentencing guidelines the same as if it were an actual Larceny 2 and notjust attempt? Also, if a person is convicted of more than one mandatory minimum sentence (one for 3 years and one for one year), can that person serve the two concurrently? Thank you for any help you can give me!

Re: Mandatory minimums
Hello,
The possible sentence for an attempted larceny would be the same as the actual completed larceny with some exceptions. Also, two sentences comprising different mandatory minimums could be imposed and served concurrently. If you would like to discuss this further please contact me at (860) 524-5141 or visit http://www.hish.com.
very truly yours,
