Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
marijuana charge
i was aressted for possession of marijuana. i have court tomorrow. i also have a felony possession charge for marijuana from 2001. i'm about to land a good job, and i'm afraid it will effect wether or not i get hired and if i do get hired, how do i deal with telling them?
