possesion with intent to sell

i was arrested for possesion with intent to sell posseion of marijuana possesion of paraphanelia and possion with intent to sell within 1500 feet of school zone i am 17 and this is a first time offense they had a warrant for my house with information that was wrong i was wondering how severe the charges could be i was only found with a gram of marijuana a scale and 185 dollars

I agree with Attorney Adamucci. These are serious charges and the fact that a warrant ultimately may have had information which was incorrect, does not necessarily invalidate the warrant.
