Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
In the state of CT, if a search and seizure warrant is executed, and illegal items found and confiscated during the execution if he warrant, but no arrests are made, what is the statute of limitations regarding arrests resulting from the seizure? Does that coincide with the "expiration date" of the warrant? Or can an arrest be made any time?

Limitations periods depend on what crime is charged. They have nothing to do with when a search occurs, or with the expiration date of a search warrant.
