Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut
i stole and got caught
i stole money and checks from work. i then left that job. a few months down the road i got caught. i want to know if i can give them the money i have on me and then try to have them attach my paycheck for the rest?

You did not indicate wheter you have been arrested.If yes,you should obtain legal counsel to negotiate a settlement based on your proposal.If you have not been arrested,a lawyer can negotiate an agreementthat can provide for no arrest.
