Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

string of robberies

over this past summer my boyfriend and i were involved in helping 2 friends of ours by driving them to rob houses. we were high on crack and were high when our statements were made. now we have a no contact order. i have NO criminal record, he however does have at least one felony on his. how can we get out of this with no jail time?
