Employment Discrimination CT
I live in CT. I got injured at work (back injury) and was refused light duty even though I was capable. I was told to go on workers compensation, which has ended. During my initial injury my manager said ''It's unfair to others that they have to work if you cant because of your injury. Workers compensation is expensive for us.''
When I inquired about hours later, I was not put on the schedule. Managers and the owner refuse to discuss anything and never call me back. I have been refused hours since late august. At this point I don't want the job back if they are going to treat me like this. What are my options?
