Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Connecticut
I�m a Hispanic working for a large aircraft company in Ct; I was recently asked if I swim to the U.S and then called a wetback. I didn�t respond to the racial remarks and just walk away, I�m afraid if a say anything I will get fired because of the individual is our customer. My boss and the individual co-worker were present. What should I do?

Given that you work for a large employer, I would assume that they have an HR department where you can file a claim of management support of disparaging ethic remarks.
