Legal Question in DUI Law in Connecticut

second dui please help

Hello there, I rececently recieved my second dui and am curious what can happen to me or what i can do to help myself in anyway. I am very scared and dont have enough money for a lawyer. Any input would be greatly appreciated. thank you very much

I'm going to assume you have already used the alcohol education program? If you successfully completed that, then your 2nd DWI becomes your 1st and the penalties arent as severe. You really should avail yourself of a lawyer in this situation. There will also be the mandatory 90 day or 6 month loss of license (depending on if it was a failure or a refusal) on the DMV side.
