Legal Question in DUI Law in Connecticut

dui suspended license

I live in mass and 2 yrs ago i was arr. for dui in ct.Lost license for 6 months took the alc. ed and case was dismissed.Just last week i was in ct and same thing only a second charge of driving witha suspended license.Did I have to reinstate? and what types of penalties for both.

Were you charged with another DUI and driving under a suspended license? You have to clarify your question. In any event, both are not minor charges with the DUI the more serious of the two. If you need help, you can email me at [email protected].
