Legal Question in DUI Law in Connecticut
Is Jail Time for DUI ''extraditable''?
I'm currently in Texas. I'm to return to the
state of connecticut to serve a 1 year
sentence for my 3rd DUI offense in
January. If I don't report to the court, and
never go back to Connecticut, will I be
extradited?

Generally no! Good question. Depends upon how badly the State of Connecticut wants you.
