Statute of Limitations on DWI Charge in CT

I was pulled over and taken to a hospital in 2004 for a DWI. I must have passed out in the police car. I believe I have a warrant, because I didn't go to court because I was in rehab. I still live in CT. Is there a statute of limitations on the amount of time they have to arrest me?
