Legal Question in Elder Law in Connecticut
i'm a 70’year-old smaller man. I was pushed to the ground buy a man as we were departing a plane. Everyone saw it. I had the airline call the police they questioned the two stewardesses, but in the end it just a he said she said situation. And the police discouraged me from pressing charges.. do I have any other recourse to get justice. He was twice my size and younger, and I feel like if I was larger, it would not have happened.

Yes, you can absolutely sue the person who pushed you down. However, first you say "everyone saw it," and then after you say it was a "he said, she said situation." Which is it?
Good luck.
