Legal Question in Elder Law in Connecticut

My elderly mom lives in her house with my adult brother-I don't live there. All three of us own the home together and we are looking into title 19 laws for short term and long term for my mom. Is it wise to remove my mothers ownership of the home now or are there other considersations that would be wiser?
