Legal Question in Elder Law in Connecticut
I have lived with my elderly parents for 3 1/2 years. My father passed away 2 years ago. The primary residence is still in both names. If we place my mother in a nursing home(dementia, congestive heart failure, cancer), is there anyway to legally transfer the residence to me since I have been the primary caregiver and this is my home.

I believe so, however, you really need to see an elder law attorney for the details.
