Legal Question in Elder Law in Connecticut
living trust
I was in the origional ''will'' to recieve $10,000.00. When a new person was appointed trustee, I ended up with $5000.00. I KNOW that this is not what my elderly friend wanted. There is a paragraph stating that if this is contested or questioned that I will recieve nothing. What can I do about it?
