poa & Ct, medicaid
mother in nursing facility in CT,POA
granted in FL mother allowed and encouraged spending of her money
what can or will state of CT do to poa if all money is not accounted for? does poa ,by law ,have to disclose all on med application.and if I refuse to because it is none of thier business,what can happen..
can the state take my property outside of the state of CT

First of all, if you are applying for Title IX benefits to cover your mother's cost of the nursing home, then it is the State of Connecticut's business what her assets are. It's serious business if you don't answer the application honestly. I suggest you see a lawyer.
The alternative is to pay for your mother's care with her assets and funds privately. Then you don't need to apply for benefits.
