Legal Question in Elder Law in Connecticut

if one is returning home after a stay in a nursing home can the nursing go to probate court for a conservator and ask that u file for title xix to pay for that stay istead of seeking alternative means of being paid?? ie making monthly payments, lien or methods.

If you have assets, including money, you probably wouldn't qualify for Title 19. A conservator would not be appointed by the probate court if you are competent. You should go to court and argue against both if you are able.
