Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Ok im 20 and my girlfriend is 17. She'll be 18 in june. We have a 6 month old child together. I work full-time and only make $9 an hour. She "allows me to see him whenever "she" chooses (which is usually once a week or every other week. Also its typically on sat from 10am til 2pm.) Because she goes to school Mon-Fri from about 8am til 215pm. and she works part time. I work a 2nd shift job so it is kinda hard. I live in a hamden apt. with my godparents and their children. She lives with her parents who own a house in milford. My question is, with all the information given, what do you think a judge would say if i took her for (joint) custody. Oh, i pay $100 weekly since feb., and before then i was paying $75 weekly.

You should be entitled to joint legal custody of your child. You could also work out a set schedule so you see him every week as much as possible. This would be a court order.
